French Saison yeast is an exceptional, highly attenuative top-fermenting ale yeast, creating distinctive beers with spcy, fruity and peppery notes. Ideal for fermentation of saisons and farmhouse style beers up to 14% abv.
Sprinkle directly on to 23 litres of wort. For best results, ferment between 26 and 32c.
Attentuation - Very high (85 - 90%)
Flocculation - Medium
