Better Brew beer kits are unique in that the malt has been selected to best suit each of the different styles of beer, rather than using the same generic base malt extract for an entire range. Better Brew are using malt extracts from several countries, from Europe to America.
The yeast strains have also been selected for the specific beer styles rather than using a generic strain accross the board. The kits are supplied with a 10g sachet.
The packaging has also been looked at, with a view to reducing the carbon footprint. The Better Brew beer kit range has been packaged in DOY pouches. The cheaper packaging means that a much better range of raw materials has been used.
