Sodium Metabisulphate

Can be used as a sterilising agent on equipment, also used to suppress unwanted bacteria and 'wild' yeasts before a fermentation, and also to preserve a wine after fermentation has completed.

If used for neutralising bacteria and wild yeasts on fruit must, mix 3:1 with Citric Acid in water.

Available in 100g, 500g or 1Kg.
